Red Robin - Wrong order delivered
Last night I ordered $71 worth of food from your restaurant. We received the wrong order completely! On top of that, all of the food that we received was Burnt. The fries were cold and soggy. The food, completely wrong order not ours at all, was an edible. After spending $71 on the order from your restaurant, it shouldve at least been the correct order. And we stopped in at your location in Lakewood Mall Lakewood california, when we went in to have something to eat the lady asked me what I wanted to drink and I said coffee she says sorry we don't have any hot drinks no hot coffee no hot tea no hot chocolate! I don't understand the reasoning behind it, but I would assume because you folks don't serve any breakfast you don't have any coffee, hot tea, or hot chocolate. So I guess because of the lack of beverages and the way that we were told we don't have any hot drinks! We'll just have to go someplace else.

Horrible management

The manager is absolutely horrible I am writing you to complain on the management for the Greenville nc location me and my family go here weekly to eat dinner and we spend $50 or more each time we go however we will no longer be going back as we went tonight 03/08/2023 we were seated and as we were waiting for the server that never came to our table the manger was complaining and yelling about the corporate office as this isnt the first time she has done this its been the past few times we have gone but tonight my daughter went to the restroom to dump some crumbs in the trash can out a clear chip container she keeps her toys in as she was walking into the bath room the manager followed her in there and told her to get out she could not dump the crumbs in the trash can she came back to the table and told us the lady was yelling at her so my oldest daughter said she would go dump the crumbs for her my daughter didnt even get bit to the other side of the bar from where we were sitting and the manager was yelling at her like a dog and told her she was going to go find her mama as she was yelling the whole entire time at her so I stood up and told her I was her mother and she would not be yelling at my child like that and she said well she cant go to the rest room to dump the crumbs in the trash I asked her what was wrong with going to dump the crumbs in the trash can and wiping her container out she replied because she said so and she wasnt going to do it as she is yelling and hollering to draw attention to the situation that shouldnt have been that big of deal after all she was dropping the crumbs in the trash not anywhere she had to clean up my youngest daughter is 8 and is autistic so little things like that bother her but there was no right for the women to be yelling at neither my 8 year old or 11 year old and then causing a scene yelling at our table when I just asked what the problem was I told her we were going to leave and just not eat there since she was so rude she told us go ahead I dont care and then kept on and on fussing at us and I told her she was rude and I would be reporting her then she grabbed other employees to do the same thing and when I had to get loud to over talk her she got mad and told us to get out as she was still mouthing off again this is everytime she is working she is rude I am very disappointed in the staff and management and will no longer eat there and I am going to let people know when they ask how my experience was and tell them its very poor customer service especially when your yelling at children when they hadnt even done anything wrong and you could have politely came and asked there parent or the adult they were with not to do have them dump the crumbs in the trash can the managers name was Kristin and she always works nights atleast every Wednesday night thats when we did go in there

Experience at RR restaurant

I am usually very satisfied with the food and service at Red Robin. The last time that I had dinner at Red Robin was a very bad experience!

The burger that I ordered was horrible and the server did not listen to me as I ordered my food. For example I ordered the burger that comes with crispy onion rings on it and I asked how much extra that would be. At first she said she did not know. When she came back with the answer I said I did not want the extra onion rings just what came on the burger normally because the extra charge was more than I wanted to pay.

Another example was that I asked how much extra garlic parmesan fries would be again she did not know.

She answered me with a lot of attitude!

I wanted to eat sooner than later so I said in the nicest way I could that I will just have regular fries.

When I received my meal the garlic parmesan fries were served to me. I thought that she gave me the fries because she was trying to turn the bad experience around. No, when we received our bill the extra charge for garlic parmesan fries was on the bill! I do not like anyone spending my money!

I was way too frustrated to deal with her or even the manager that night. I just wanted and needed to leave plus I was running late for an appointment.

This visit to Red Robin was a disaster and I feel that I wasted my money!!

Double charged

On April 27, 2023 I met some friends for lunch. When it was time to pay, we had trouble with the machine that sits on the table but managed to get it all covered.

However, upon returning home, my credit card indicated it was run twice: once for $18.96 and again for $22.86. I immediately called the Denver West location (where we ate) and was assured by the manager that day that I would be refunded one of the amounts (I opted for the lesser one so as not to short-change the server).

To date there has been no indication that a refund has been issues.

Can you please handle this?

Didn't get my last check

Worked there for 2 weeks and didn't get my frist paycheck. Called a manager and she said she would look into it haven't heard back. Gave me payrolls number and they where not there.

My Granddaughter always wanted to go to Red Robin. I had never been.

We went (Louisville KY location) and had a terrible experience. Ordered our food which I felt was too expensive. It was cold, salad was moldy, tasted awful and thrown together. Her chicken tasted weird, we threw out our food.

We both ended up very sick for 2 days. Called customer service who gave me a gift card. I didn't want to go back, but did to use the gift card. Another bad experience.

Customer service (Tynette) said she would give a credit and notify the manager, please give them another chance. There was a 30 min. wait (only 1 server) when I went to pay, gave them the info for credit, manager couldn't find my name nor Tynette's. I had to pay the entire bill, no credit apparently was given and he wasn't notified!.

I WILL NOT GO BACK to any Red Robin if this is how customers are treated and end up sick from the food. April was my server (only one there that day) who was very professional, cordial and did her best to wait on all the customers.

What has happened to Red Robin?????

My daughters and I used to love going to Red Robbin to relax after a day of shopping. Last Saturday 3/18/23 we went to the Red Robin at 7575 W Edgerton Ave, Greenfield WI 53220.

We were first shocked by the menu change. So much pizza. No appetizers on the menu that we used to enjoy. The 3 adults ordered the burgers and the kids ordered the burgers off the kids menu.

I was so appalled by the amount of gristle in our burgers. It was so disgusting. One daughter was handing over her toilet that night every time she though about her burger. Not sure if it is a good idea for Red Robin to cheapen the food and charge ridiculous prices.

Unfortunately we had no option but to pay the $98 dollar bill. To top that off we decided to use the rest room before leaving. OMG!!! it was so dirty and discussing.

Tile was loose on the floor.

That was $120 down the drain. Almost literally.

If you eat the food you are NOT entitled to a full refund. Give your children up for adoption since you cannot afford to feed them.

Complaint

Today we chose your restaurant to celebrate my grandsons birthday. We had a waiter spill six full glasses of water on my sister in which went into her pocketbook, making everything soaking wet. She was also soaked, standing in a puddle of water with her food covered in water, and we advise the manager. She says oh would you like some paper towels? We understand it was an accident, but she showed no customer service or compassion for the situation. This red Robin was located in Middletown De.

So its my birthday and I asked my family if we could go to red robin we drove Clear crossed Washington just to go eat there if it was cold and my burger was supposed to be free because of my birthday I had a rewards card but they didnt care they still charge me $16 for my birthday they didnt sing happy birthday they didnt even bring me ice cream they didnt care when I told them they didnt care my bill was $100 and my family had to pay it because I didnt have that I wasnt planning on spending that much my family was paying their bill and I was going to pay for my onion rings and I had ice water and my burger was supposed to be free for my birthday I had chose The pretzel one! Its silly to me that they knew it was my birthday and they offered everyone else at the other tables ice cream discounts and sang happy birthday to them I had my grandkids there and my whole family what the heck I couldve went anywhere but I chose your restaurant thats ridiculous!! Especially with our economy the way it is and they refused to takeoff my birthday burger even though I had my read royalty card and proof and then somehow one of the grandkids were playing with your little computer thing and got charged even more this is an outrage this is what I get happy birthday oh my goodness
