I try to buy the burger passes since 10a.m eastern time and I couldn't because every time I try it would say service was down. It sucks because I wanted to buy two.

Now they are all sold out. My family eats there all the time. I wish you all could help me get 2 burger passes. That's what you could do better with.

Please have customer service, call me. I am really upset. Not even the manager would help me.

He was really rude. My number is 513 276**** it would be nice to have someone call me about this.

Raw burger never taken care of we love this place but some servers act rude not happy about it at all

Manager called me a liar

We arrived at 7:45 pm. Ordered our food and 2 take out orders.

We sent a text when we ordered our food. 45 minutes later the take out orders arrived to our table. 15 minutes later our other orders arrived. I asked the server why it took an hour for our food to arrive?

She said she did not know and she would have the manager come over. I then asked why our take out food was brought out to the table 15 minutes earlier and was getting cold. She took it and put it on the warmer. The manager came out and asked how our meal was.

I said not very good. He was why. I then told him that it took 1 hour for our meal to arrive. He then replied, "That can't be i have be in the kitchen all night and no order took more then 25 minutes ".

He just called me a liar! He then said how about you only pay for your drinks? I said that will be fine. We finished our food and the server came over.

She said the bill is 55.00. I said are you sure? She said why? I explained what the manager had said.

She said she would go check with the manager. He came over and said we would have to pay for the "To go orders". I paid and we left. The server was great.

The manager was way out of line. I have athe receipt for our food with the managers name.
