i have many friends and we go to your restaurants often because a burger and unlimited fries is a good lunch recently one of my friends told the manager he did not like fries and so was told he could get the onion rings as a substitute.....he agreed and we all ordered fries when the bill came we were charged 1.79 for the onion rings we call back the manager and reminded him he said he would substitute the unlimited fries for onion rings he said yes for a 1.79 fee....we said he did not tell us that he said sorry but what is the problem..

we said there were 3 small onion rings...... and it was not unlimited he said we only do that on fries... we said then do not say you will substitute because actually you just canceled the free fries and charged us for an order of onion rings... so we all lost out on unlimited fries ...

he said you can look it like that but there is nothing he can do as this comes from corporate.... ok so let me tell you ...we are all stockbrokers....we eat out every day of every week...we use your place 2 to 3 x a week but we feel we were taken.... it is a better deal to get unlimited fries then to give those up and get 3 onion rings and pay 1 .79 for them.....

he should have still received the fries as it comes with the meal but we are told we got a few cents off the price of the onion rings because we cancelled the fries.....this is not what is explained and it is taken advantage of customers that were loyal....

There is always an upcharge when substituting onion rings in place of fries. That is true at any restaurant.

You knew the onion rings weren't unlimited to begin with, because you've already admitted that you and your friends are regulars. So, you know the menu!
