we went in and they said it will be a 25 to 34 minute wait, so we gave our name and number and never was called.After 40 min we went back to the hostess and she said due to shift change we were dropped from the waiting list.

We talked to the manager and he said it was poor internet services. After ordering we waited 45 min for our food, my daughter-in-law's burger (blue ribbon) was cold so we complained. They took it back and brought her a new one, but it was dried (they did take it off the bill), by burger (pepper cheese) was suppose to be pink but it was well done.

No one ever apologized or offered a free appetizer for the long wait.we will not be going back.
