Red Robin - Lack of service

Just went to your Woburn Red Robin for dinner and we waited 10 minutes for someone to seat us and nobody came to the front to help us or other guests. We then went to the bar for service and couldn’t get menus and left. Several of the tables hadn’t been cleared. What a disapppointing experience.

Red Robin - Seniors not welcomed

horrible! friends and I, all over 50, celebrating friends 64 b-day were cut off after happy hour @ 6pm. Birthday boy was not driving. got the happy corny birthday claps..yay... Tried to order TABLE last happy hour round and was denied! 6 people...4 drinking beer and wine..got there at 4:30pm and after 4 rounds I was told we missed last call @ 5:50 pm?? REALLY? GRAY HAIR NOT WELCOMED!!
