We went to Red Robin on Pan American Freeway in Albuquerque NM there was 10 of us we asked for garlic fries didnt get them we got Regular fries when we did get them there was hardly any garlic on the fries the service was horrible my boyfriend spent $200.00 for our visit we will not be going back

Your people do not supply a comfortable restaurant to enjoy a meal, this whole day turns bad by your crew not paying attention to and taking pride in there job

Employees tried to sit my family next to a bathroom/ work station, the food was cold when it came out my husband watched how long it sat in the window, I kept having to ask for hot fries so much for bottomless HA!, and the waitress split ranch dressing on us and in my purse. I had to go wash up come back to table my food was cold and no sticking manager bother to check on us, what the *** is wrong with common courtesy, not at this location, last time we go here

Impossible to update phone number | Red Robin in Yakima, Washington

Drat. I just give up. No way to contact you folks for tech support? 2 years ago I got a new phone #. When I log in to my Red Robin account and update the phone #, I have ot verify. Okay, I get text codes and then there is nooooooo place to input it on the website. The site sort of grays out. Ya'll are not worth the trouble. The hassle is it's getting hard to remember my old, non-functioning phone #.

I ordered door dash and my food arrived cold but the chicken wasnt edible your microwaved chicken could not be chewed. My daughter worked for you for years ans my son in law was a cook i know how you prep n warm the food in the morning n microwave as needed . But this was beyond edible. Your hemet manager Ryan basically told me too bad it was never microwaved n nothing he can do. You dont want bad reviews im sure so maybe re train ryan in customer service skills company policy and attitude. I spent good money for my meal to throw on trash n be annoyed by your managers attitude .

It's weird that as a vegan you apparently don't know they make vegan mayo and vegan cheese. You don't even mention verifying that in your diatribe so don't pretend you did.

We know the food is good.. unfortunately- this day we didn’t get to eat at Red Robin.

Kids were really disappointed. May attempt another location but ruined the school shopping/dinner out tradition for kiddos this year.

My family and I had horrible service at your Plainfield, IN restaurant. Our waitress was more interested in talking to other waitresses than helping us! Never refilled our drinks, took our fry refill order and never brought them to us. We couldn't pay our bill at the table because the machine was out of paper and we sat at our table for over 15 min waiting on her to come back to take our money! She never did. I had to stop another waitress to pay my bill just to get out of the restaurant. This was a horrible experience.
