I like Red Robin but I hate the new impersonal way of ordering and paying...The wait for our food was over 25 mins and with 2 young kids that is TOO long. I had a burger my girl had meatballs on a stick and my son ate her fruit.This was the fruit.

I would not even give that to my dog, gross looking.My son told the waitress,he is 4 and she blew it off. ANY ONE EVER HEARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE?

To The Reviewer (Burger Review From Delta Ohio) Clearly you don't know the difference between eating at an restaurant and fast food. You wouldn't understand that it if it bites you into the butt for how rude and arrogant you're acting like. Another 'entitled customer.'

I don't eat at fast food places...the place was empty there was no reason the food too that long to get to us...the fruit was inedible.

It's not like anybody is forcing you too wait and too eat there!

It's your fault you're not understanding that. Customers like you need too understand that sometimes there are things the employees and the managers that can and cannot control with they have problems with their store or their restaurant.

Agreed. These employees and managers are always blamed and shamed by entitled customers for something. No, the customer is not always right.

You know they are able too fix your problems with your food. And clearly you don't know if they had problems while making your food or anybody's else food.

You're acting like you're the only that's being served.

By the way, here's some info for you, every store or restaurant runs into problems from time too time with something that fails too work. Looks like you're not taught and educated onto that.

Any employee or manager that had too deal with any customer like this should not have too go through this!

It's so sad and bad that these entitled customers do this too employees and too managers that are able too fix their problems with their food. Instead they have too *** and *** all over these employees or managers.

If 25 minutes is too long to wait for food at full-service restaurant, then you need to go to Burger King where the service meets your expectations. Clearly you are not the kind of person who should be dining out.
