We enjoy going to Red Robin to eat. We like to sit on the bar side, in a booth; we live in Wasilla, Alaska.
The food has been excellent for three years now. However, the air conditioning on the bar side has been broken and has failed to be repaired or replaced. You sit there and freeze your bottom off when you're trying to have a meal— it's not very enjoyable because of the coldness. It's cold for the customers, and it's cold for the waitresses.
It would be delightful if you could follow through and make sure that this repair gets taken care of properly.
I think three years is plenty long enough. Thank you for your attention to this matter, Joann Kessler.

I purchased a $250 gift card visited the red Robin in Port Orange Florida. I attempted to use it at the kiosk who said who denied it our server attempted several times to use it at their station and it was denied for no fun after six telephone calls to the company And ONE to the issue of the gift card they continue to tell me I have a balance on the card of $215.
They have no idea why I cant use it. Maybe I should travel to a different store to try it there 150 miles to eat a hamburger .

The first time we visited your restaurant we ordered water and was charged several dollars for it. When questioned why, we were told they gave us sparkling water which of course we did not order or drink but they charged us anyway.
We refused to pay and the general attitude of the employees was not very courteous, however they did take it of our bill.
Our second and last visit to your restaurant, we ordered a Whiskey River BBQ chicken sandwich and asked for it to be cut in half.
We received what looked like a McDonalds kid meal with maybe 5 or 6 fries on each plate. Your price was $16.95 not including our drinks
which we paid $8.00 for two cokes. We refused the meal and paid for the cokes and will never return or recommend your resturant to anyone.
$8.00 for two cokes. Who the heck do you guys think you are, the Ritz???

We live 5 minutes from your Hershey, Pa location. Last night was busy and we ordered pick up.
We got there a few minutes ahead of time but ended up waiting 4o minutes for our food. I will say the amusement park is right there, an outlet mall, and there was a big concert as well. So I can kinda understand the wait. What I'm disappointed in is that our food was wrong.
My husband's Whiskey burger was ordered plain-no veg but had a bunch of stuff on it. I think his must've been part of someone else's order. My son in law requested two containers of some smokey mayo and got none. My daughter's fries were very cold and wrinkled while everyone else we're good and yummy.
My sandwich was the terryaki chicken. NO pineapple!?!?! That makes the sandwich!!! I ordered it, crispy with onion straws, extra sauce, and Parm cheddar crisps.
I got crispy with a decent amount of sauce and very few onion straws. I mean...6-7 PCs.No cheese crisps! No pineapple!!!
I got a little teared up...we were very disappointed.
My daughter Zöe Epler paid with her card. It was around 8:30 ish

RR used to be a go-to for my family and me. I understand that inflation causes price increases.
What I don't understand is why the decent rewards with the Royalty program were taken away. You have to spend $100 before you get back $10? Come on, that's ridiculous. The royalty program and free birthday burger were your only saving graces.
Last week I ordered 4 burgers for $90.
We were confused where the birthday burger had gone and figured we'd made a mistake. We were going to place a whole nother order this week to include the birthday girls burger, but seeing now that it is gone changes everything. My family and many others are done with you now.
Your greed will be your downfall. If you were struggling, prepare to struggle harder as you've lost a huge portion of your loyal customers.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I sent 2 different emails discussing the dissatisfaction of my experience.
They apologized,said that they are looking into that restaurant and workers. They also gave me a partial refund
No refills ect. My husband got the sunami shrimp. The same as the night before in Orlando. Not only did it come in a tiny basket it had a totally different sauce, absolute garbage.
I had a sandwich with the homemade chips and after telling our waitress they were burned black and hard as a rock she said well thats the way we do them here. Really, so rude. I had the same exact meal the night before and was totally different. Our waitress was absorbed in serving a table of young girls, ignoring us.
We spent over 70$ for our table with my son and grandsons. Pure garbage. So disappointing after our experience in Orlando. I will be telling my friends of my experience.
I hope you find out what is happening in your canton ohio site, because its horrible. Big waste of money

Chelsea was seeing socializing with other staff while the bar was understaffed and when a customer complained about the bar being understaffed, she bashed her fellow employees rather than take accountability for her actions. She shouldve stepped in and supported her staff, but instead was willing to bash them to people sitting at the bar.
Totally unacceptable.
Another manager on staff named Brian Was delivering food with fingernails that were disgustingly long and dirty. Extremely long wait my receipt is trackable through rewards program 518429****

We ate at the restaurant in Noblesville tonight.The waiter never checked on us and I had to get up and get our drinks from another server. Never offer more fries I had to ask hostess for more .
As we left I ask hostess if I could speak manager and she went to find them. After we waited a few minutes hostess said she didnt know why they didnt come out.

I ordered a couple burgers with fries and a chicken teriyaki sandwich with a ceaser salad. The burger and fries were great, and so was the chicken sandwich.
The salad however, i could not eat.
Not only was the COLD salad packaged in the same box with the WARM sandwich, but the dressing was mixed in, making both the lettuce warm and soggy. It was just disappointing because i was looking forward to it.

Hi there,
Im very upset the way I have been treated by your staff today (October 27th) and on October 25th. I was refused service and asked to leave because the manager said I did a done dine and dash the other day when I was there.
Which is a blunt out lie and the totally untruth because of your sever named Kylie said I did that because what happened on the 25th when I was there last. On the October 25th,I was first approached by Kylie and another gentleman which Im assuming was a manager where I was on the patio having a smoke before I was to come into the restaurant for lunch. I didnt know that the patio was closed because there was no signage anywhere stating it was closed and I need to leave the patio area immediately they were very so rude about it and I just didnt say anything. I asked if I could go in to the restaurant and they talked it over I dont know why they would refuse anyways.
I told the the brown waiter or manager if I could get a table close to a electrical outlet because I needed to charge my iPhone and he replied rudely no we dont have any outlets that you can use so I asked if I could sit at the bar and put my iPhone on charge behind the bar. And again he rudely (the brown server) said you can sit at the bar but you cant put the your iPhone behind the bar even though i had put my iPhone on charge behind the bar last month when I there for my birthday dinner. When I asked the bartender (on my birthday night) if he could find a place where I could put my iPhone on charge and he replied yes, he can put it behind the bar because we do that for all are guests when they need to charge their phones. So I knew today that the the server was lying to me when I suggested to have my iPhone behind the bar but I just bite my tongue and had a seat at the bar where I sat for 6-8 minutes with no one coming to serve me even when I had made eye contact with that same server twice that I need some sort of service.
I was wondering why they were being so rude. I finally had a enough and started to leave the restaurant and when I walked out I asked what the server was name was but he refused to give it to me (brown server) but I then asked the other server that was standing there the whole time with the other server he responded by saying his name was Kylie and then thanked him for the rude and poor customer service they gave me today, those were my exact words to them, Im leaving because of your guys poor customer service , you guys just stood there and watched me sit at the bar for 6-8 minutes with no service. I didnt why they were so rude to me. I had walked out of restaurant .
I was so upset at the way I was treated and I didnt know why I was treated with such disrespect.
So I think because of that interaction Kylie decided to lie to the manager today (October 27th) that I dined and dash and was refused service there. I demanded to know what I actually ordered and who I ordered from that day That I supposed dined and dash but Kylie said he couldnt remember if it was yesterday or the day before, he then said it was so long. It was only 2 days ago I replied. I demand to see the footage of me dining and dashing if I did do such a thing.
They both refused to show me any kind of proof .
Which is because that never happened, he is totally lying and Im not taking this matter by just sitting down but Im demanding for a full investigation in this matter. You guys should have some sort of a record of me doing a dine dash, which I would like to see, there should be a police record of me doing that because thats protocol when someone does dine dash that the police should be called. You can check the camera footage of me being there on October 25th sometime between 1pm and 5pm you should be easily see me doing a dine and dash if I I in fact did one on that day which I didnt do.
there should be some sort of recording on that footage that would show you guys.
Of me just sitting at the bar for 6-8 minutes without me speaking no one or ordering anything, I had no contact with any server, you would just see me leaving after sitting there and without speaking to anyone and then see me walking out of the restaurant and coming back in to ask the servers names and telling them the reason Im leaving.
Im short East Indian male , Im 55 feet tall , light brown skin. I need and way a full apology for the rude service and dine dash accusation.
I will be posting this encounter on all social media websites because this is the most rudest experience Ive ever witnessed in my whole life, a server lying and making a fake dine dash accusation just because I complained about past bad service I received. I want to know what Items that I had ordered for that dine and dashed I supposedly did, there should be some kind of billing report produced on my order that I dined and dashed on and who my server was at that time that supposedly dined and dash.There should be some kind of record that the restaurant would keep for any kind of a dine and dash for your accounting purposes. I need you guys to take this incident seriously because this is no joke because my character is in question. Im also going to be seeking out legal advice on what to do in this incident.
I look forward from hearing back from you guys regarding this lie about me doing a dine and dash. I will not rest until the truth comes out. I would like a manager from your head office to only contact at me.
I dont want to be contacted by anyone from that Thurlow and Robson st. Location because I cant trust anyone from that location.

On [3/15/2024] at approximately 11:30am, I arrived to pick up my order, as scheduled.
However, upon arrival, I was dismayed to discover that my order had been mistakenly handed to another customer. Although the staff member promptly retrieved the order from the customer's car, I was deeply concerned about the potential safety hazard of handing out an order that had already been taken by someone else.
Despite explaining the situation to the staff member and requesting a new order, I was left waiting for an additional 30 minutes before being able to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager's response did not reflect a genuine concern for the gravity of the situation.
This experience was not only frustrating but also raises serious concerns about the restaurant's procedures for handling orders and ensuring customer safety.
As a loyal customer, I expected better service and attention to detail.
Moving forward, I would like to suggest implementing additional training for staff members to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Additionally, reviewing and reinforcing protocols for handling orders can help ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers.
I genuinely appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that my feedback will contribute to improving the overall experience for customers at your establishment.
