I also received absolutely no avocados. As my first experience with you, I am quite disappointed. You may want to talk to your employees and have them slow down and read the orders that they make. With me being at work at the time I had neither the time nor the opportunity to return and ask for my order to be adjusted.

- Disappointed at the Turlock location after bringing guests from Canada; a later group was seated first, raising concerns about fairness.
Customer service was the worst.
We arrived before several other groups and patiently waited for a table.
However, to our surprise, a group that came in after us was seated first. The server even asked them if they had called ahead, and they said no, yet they were still given a table right away. It seemed like they knew someone at the restaurant, and that may have influenced the decision.
This was not only frustrating but also embarrassing, especially since I had highly recommended this place to my guests.
It gave the impression that service is not based on fairness, but rather on personal connections.
I hope management looks into this and ensures a fair and transparent system for seating all customers. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression on both me and my guests.
This would be our last time.

We enjoy the Danatos pizza at Red Robin but continually have issues with quality and accuracy of the orders. In the past we have had to wait over half an hour longer than stated pick up times. Have received the wrong pizza and sometimes it is just not made to the quality that it should be.

Ordered from the Shenandoah, [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] location through door dash, the driver never delivered and door dash customer service said the driver did. NOT True!
so we call the store to make them aware. Much to our surprise the Host [PERSON_NAME] and the Cook and The AGM [PERSON_NAME] went above and beyond customer service.
They created a new meal, and [PERSON_NAME] delivered it to our office. Thank You for reminding us what Hospitality is all about.

Need to talk to supervisor about improper treatment
- Vendor says Red Robin breach; no communication despite requests; was paid $2,500 for 24 months; wants contract honored and upper-management contact.
NO! I still havenot gotten a call from anybody in regards to their invalid breach of contract improper treatment total lack of professionalism and leadership I've been I've been in business since since 2007 and I never had a unfounded reach of contract or been treated in such a way done to me before, no communication at all even after I requested and suggested a walk-through and said was we need to keep communication lines open!!!
Which was agreed but never done I stated any issues concerns should be brought up to me immediately so we could stay on top of things and stay on the same page and deal with anything needing addressed. which was agreed even though I have repeatedly asked how everything was for everything was good any issues any problems anything that need addressed. Which I repeatedly asked and was always told nope nope everything's good!!! No issues no complaints everything's good this question was asked to repeatedly over the past couple months /yearswas just asked the week before all of a sudden I'm being told I'm can't produce a contract I don't have a contract with them according to this general manager Anthony said when he contacted corporate they said that Alan Kabay'scleaning service doesn't doesn't exist and they have no records of me ever cleaning for them.
again I received a paycheck literally 24 months in a row for $2,500 each month but yet I don't exist? I received my 1099 tax record forms yet I don't exist? If I knew that I should have just stayed at home for the past 2 years and collected $2,500 a month for doing nothing. what really gets me is no one has contacted me on this matter other than this joke of pissed off customer which I'm not even a customer I'm a vendor and being asked if this problem was solved no one has contacted me no one had called me I don't miss phone calls I have no voicemails nothing and I didn't want to have to bring my lawyer into this I didn't want to have to go public call all the news station channels get a hold of all the news investing reporters that help in such matters and going to social media and just let everybody know just how this company operatets and no one has gotten back to me even though I've left several messages I upheld my part I want Red Robin's up hold their part of the contract I've done my duties what I was supposed to do on a daily basis and more much much more due to the improper closes almost on a daily basis which cost me much more work than I was contracted to do but I did it anyway plus I always done way more work than I supposed to on top of that that wasn't even contracted to do I have many pictures and videos to back up what I'm saying I also have employees and the ex that will vouch in are basically are my witnesses because I have been there many times as well to help clean again all I want is you guys to uphold your contract and mostly for me to be paid on my contract again I did not want to bring in a lawyer I did not want to go public I did not want to go on social media and call all the new stations to find investigative reporter but it looks like I'm going to be left with no choice sadly .
I reached out to corporate in many branches where you are told the mailbox is full you can't leave a message at this time or you simply get no answer basically you don't get to talk to somebody so I can get to upper management supervisors what have you to solve this improper treatment to solve this breach of contract on their part I've run my company for many years now and I have never run across accompanied it just seems to have no regards for communication or any integrity to discuss this matter so again it looks like I will have no choice to take this to the next level which was the last thing I wanted to do!!! I just wanted my contract honored I wanted paid for my contract for the work I've done that I was supposed to do the sad thing is this rests all on the person running that particular Red Robin's restaurant in Ocala Florida on college road. I said before but I don't know if all my messages anNo come in at this timey of my messages getting through because I have not heard back from that one person other than pissed off customer which that is ridiculous although I am not happy I have not displayed any man this or any business as of yet but has more days go by as this has been a couple weeks now I'm getting more and more aggravated I have never seen such lack of management lack of upper management and lack of upper management supervisors or superiors in all the years of me doing business!!! It's amazing how far things like this will go on social media tick tock Facebook Instagram Twitter and such and such etc etc and then there's a prospect available to me of picketing in front of Ocala Red robins restaurant since I work nights my days are free I have many many family and friends that are willing to stand with me March up and down the medium with picket signs two boycott that particular Red Robin's restaurant due to not honoring their contract for 2 years I done my duties as a commercial cleaning company all general managers were happy with me and my performance the area director she never wants not one time in 2 years has she given one bad comment to the general manager to that Red Robin due to any concerns of my company's cleaning responsibilities now and that's during inspections non-inspections surprise visits planned visits not one not one complaint for 2 years!!!
Now that right there says something in itself I've cleaned for Chili's which is brinker corporation since 2007 had contracts all we have till covid I am still cleaning for them doing overnight deep wings 10 to 12 hour shifts and Orlando inserts running areas for the area director and for the regional director of those chilies since I work for chili since 2007 with no complaints not one inspection was ever failed ever and all those years not one inspection surprise visit plan visit or a sneak visit where they just show up like a customer and don't say a word and walk around the restaurant see operations I have a long list of very directors and regional directors that were totally happy with my work performance are all the companies they selected me to clean their wintergarden chilies from kitchen to front of house ceiling to floor literally the entire restaurant in preparation for their national new baby back ribs commercial that was going to be shot at that location area director regional director of course supervised it I was given the list of what was expected to be done their corporate upper management bosses directors what have you were flying in from Texas all the big boxes if you will for this big event because the commercial was going to be shot at that location I cleaned for 5 days 10 and 12-hour shifts with my employees again not one complaint not one not one I don't know the area director regional director and their upper superiors not one complaint!!! These managers will back up my words I have impeccable references from Chili's from ale House bonefish grill farm shed restaurant I'm not a fly by night company even though I am small I've always performed my business with integrity professionalism and above all with all today's technologies and equipment in cleaning machines I still clean the old-fashioned way! WITH PRIDE!!! With that being said or like again to say I would like somebody in upper management to contact me so we can discuss this and see if we can come to the solution before I have to take it to the next level when I think my teeth into something especially when I've been unjustly done I'm like a bulldog I just don't let go and there are so many options to expose the actions of a company doing unjust defied actions of their contract again basically not honoring their contract due to the improper management of the general manager of that particular store is what it boils down to.
I sincerely hope it's someone will contact me in this matter so we can properly discuss this major indiscretion by one person discuss the breach of contract that he created and come to I agreeable solution! Instead of me have to bringing in my lawyer and going through all those other steps that I WILL DO!!! IF I AM FORCED TO DO SO!! Sincerely hoping upper management will contact me in this matter direct with a phone call so that nothing is Lost in translation in text or email messages which are so impersonal you should have it but again my number is office number 352-546 ****/cell 352-497-**** sincerely.

Horrible management, sanitary practices, and cross contamination throughout back and front of house
The head server/supervisor guy worked till 10:30, but your management staff decided not to pay me for being there. I have plenty of pictures from that night because I was alone and sent them to my wife. After asking the managers to fix it, I still haven't been paid for the 6.5 hours I had coming. All you have to do is look at what cooks were clocked in.
I'll be at the BBB and Wage Per Hour board on Monday.
I gave it till this pay period, but your managers still haven't paid me. I just wanted to make you aware so you're not surprised by the complaints.

Bad food, bun was so hard, you can tap on it and it sounded like you were tapping on a wood door!

I ordered three burgers to go with fries and a drink. When I got home two of the burgers had buns that were so hard you couldnt eat them so they had to replace it with bread that I had on hand because I dropped off the food for my family and and as I was leaving my soon said the buns were hard so I checked the buns and they were definitely hard and I didnt have time to take them back so I told them to swap out the bun for bread.
They were not happy because the buns have a spicy avocado sauce and they couldnt get that much of transferred to the bread. So after my appointment I called Red Robyn and Sara said she was sorry and refund my money or give me a gift card. I said a gift card will do because my family loves Red Robin and we eat there a lot. She said ok, that she would give me a gift card for the two burgers because we eat there quiet a bit, no problem.
Well this two burgers are almost $40 and when I went in there 3 days later she gives me a gift card for $25 dollars. I said is that the refund for both burgers and she yes with an attitude because I had said what irritates me the most is that you cooks had touched those buns and there was no way that they didnt feel how hard they were. Red Robin ruined our meal and thinks its ok to just give you half the money back!!!
Now I want there corporate office to refund me the $25 dollars and I will never step foot back in that restaurant again!!! I have been going there for years and never had a problem and the one time that one of there employees dont care what they serve the customer, the customer gets treated like crap!!!

On January 15 I visited the Red Robin at 375 Western Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28546Phone: (910) 353-**** for my grand daughter birthday, it was the worse time we ever had! the waitress was so rude!
the was me ,my husband ,my daughter and 2 grandkids. 3 of us ordered meals with fries , when we asked for more fries , we got 1 basket, my grand daughter asked for more mac and cheese , never got it! my daughter asked my more broccoli, she was took another waiter took it and she did get nothing! I ask for a paper bill, because I was paying with cash!
she looked at me and said what use the machine , then ,i told her i need the slip and was laughing with the kids , then she told me not to laugh at her. I was so upset by this lady i left the money and check for over 100 on the table and left !!!

A while back for the first my wife and I stop in your location on corporate drive in troy Michigan. My wife and I talked about how clean the place looked.
Staff were very nice. We placed our order and while we waited I observed a waitress grab fries off a plate that was set up to go out to a customer and ate them then wiped her hand and gave it to a customer. I could hardly believe what I had witnessed and said something to my wife. I wanted to say something to the customer who received the order but he was with a young child and I didn't want to put the child trough bad experience.
I let management know what had happened and they gave me a number to call corporate office and I didn't hear anything until I posted on yelp what had happened.
Hopefully you guys corrected the problem. I believe the waitress should have been fired

- October: Red Robin manager harassed me in public before friends.
- April: waitress was overly friendly and asked me out; gossip makes it awkward.
A manager started harassing me in front of friends and in public. As your policy has a never-ending menu, as I was on my third bowl of coleslaw, he shouted it in front of me rudely, saying, 'You might as well take the bowl home too.' This behavior is so unacceptable.
This happened in early October with witnesses. A gentleman next to me was also a witness who became suggestive to the manager. Earlier, in April, a waitress became overly friendly. It was my first conversation with anybody who worked at Red Robin since 1999, where I frequently visit.
During our first meeting, as time went on that night, she started showing me pictures on her phone, wanting to go out on a date. This waitress became very, very friendly during our first meeting. I had never spoken with her before or anybody in a social manner at Red Robin. She was so friendly and suggestive that it felt comfortable.
As time went on that night, she started showing me pictures on her phone, wanting to go out on a date with other progressive suggestions. Now, as time has gone on, I am being bullied in this Red Robin through gossip. My son is a restaurant manager, and the behavior of the manager at Red Robin was actually unacceptable.
The behavior of this young lady waitress has started rumors and gossip where I once relaxed. It has become very, very uncomfortable, and I'm seeking an attorney's advice.

The original Red Robin stood at the corner of Furhman and Eastlake Avenues E. in Seattle, at the southern end of the University Bridge.
