Was given a veggie burger which contains gluten even though I clearly stated I had a gluten allergy. Didn’t realize til it was too late. Now I can’t get the restaurant to respond.

You can usually tell a gluten free bun f I’m a regular bun. You should have taken it off just to be safe.

On 11/24/2019 I met with my family at Red Robin in Big Flats NY. With in 12 hours my 7 year old daughter, my father and I all got sick with the Norovirus. It then spread to my 11 month old daughter and then extended family over Thanksgiving. They seriously need to have a conversation with their cooking staff about swapping out gloves and not coming to work when they are sick. This was my favorite place to meet up with my family when we are in town. Unfortunately, this restaurant will always be associated with vomit, dirrhea, fever, and leg pain. My family will never eat here again.

To: The Reviewer: Table Computer, clearly you're the type of customer that is always looking to start something with the employees and the managers or looking for something for free! Next time before you have your kids play with something, you should ask if it is free. Especially if it is inside an restaurant!

On 12/20/2019 we received the most disgusting meal ever served at Red Robin. Over the past year the service has gone downhill. We order from the gulten free menu and have gotten sick there too many times. On this particular day the burgers were not cooked properly not to mention that the grease was literally dripping off the burger. We hardly got any fries first go around and when we ordered more, they were burned so badly we couldn't eat them not to mention we were charged for them. The transaction # is 20191220130549. The server was Brendan who needed customer service training. Very disgusted with this location. The Clifton GM needs to go there and retrain the entire staff and clean up the Rockaway location. It is an embarrassment.

I have been trying to register with Red Robin since 2017 and have had no success. I even 2 weeks ago called the toll free no. and left a msg and to date have rec'd not one contact from the Red Robin. I use Red Robin in Bellevue Neb. BUT they are building a Sickies Burger there too and I will go there because they care about their customers and have helped me register as a preferred customer. I have told many about the lousy treatment I have rec'd and hope to tell many more. Red Robin just does not care about their customers.

It's weird that as a vegan you apparently don't know they make vegan mayo and vegan cheese. You don't even mention verifying that in your diatribe so don't pretend you did.
