Red Robin - Bad customer service

Waited for 15 minutes while girl acted like she was busy so she wouldn't have to sign us in. She then told us after 15 minutes the wait was 35 to 40 minutes.she was so rude we and people behind us left too.it happened on 12/26/17 at 2pm

Red Robin - Great experience

Our server was very patient and answered my questions. She came by frequently enough that my cup was never empty. She offered us more fries. She was friendly and made me feel welcomed.

Red Robin - Should have went to Burger King

Burger was nothing to write home about. Extremely high priced for the quality. Bottomless steak fries with the meal! It came with eight soggy, tasteless fries. The burger itself was comparable to a Whopper only twice the price and not as good! I won't be back. A Whopper is a better burger for way less money.

We arrive at 6:00 and they were very busy. The waiter took our order. At about 30 minutes later he informed us they never got our order. After about an hour we finally got our meal and a check of close to $100. We felt we needed some compensation for the poor service....
