Busy Friday night is no excuse for sub standard food quality.In fact the orders were not even correct.
I received a burnt burger on a cold bun. The appetizer was a 1/2 order of boneless wings that sat on ruffled potato chips that were drenched in the grease that dripped from the fried wings. Really??? Management needs to take a closer look at the quality of their food (secret shopper).
I voiced my complaints to the server and she apologized but no comps just a $55.00 bill. Next Please...... Computer screen had finger prints, condiments on the table along with the menu were not clean (greasy). That dollar menu across the street from the restaurant would have been a better choice.
Should have listened to my inner voice and left after the appetizer.

The most disappointing in user's experience was clean and food quality. Author liked the most hostess and waitress. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
